I found the hotel easily accessible with public transportation close by. The staff at reception were helpful with directions and information. The room was quiet, despite the hotel's location in a busy area!
The television in the room lacked an HDMI connection, slightly inconvenient.

inconsistent billing practices and room temperature issues.
double chargeineffective control
This raised immediate concerns. after i checked out, my card was charged a third time. i called their hotline, i spent over thirty minutes in the queue, they hung up on me. the room temperature was hard to regulate. The control seemed ineffective.
