Solid Choice for a City Stay
easy access helpful staff quiet room
I found the hotel easily accessible with public transportation close by. The staff at reception were helpful with directions and information. The room was quiet, despite the hotel's location in a busy area!
The television in the room lacked an HDMI connection, slightly inconvenient.

The hotel is near Wittenbergplatz, the Zoo, Kudamm, and the Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church. Proximity to the metro made getting around simple. There were also restaurants, coffee shops, and a large market nearby.

Breakfast offered a good choice of options. I noticed the breakfast included bread. I also saw canned fruit available during the breakfast service and the dining area was clean and well kept each morning.

inconsistent billing practices and room temperature issues.
double charge ineffective control
This raised immediate concerns. after i checked out, my card was charged a third time. i called their hotline, i spent over thirty minutes in the queue, they hung up on me. the room temperature was hard to regulate. The control seemed ineffective.
